I'm coming out!

I want you to think about "coming out" if you haven't already.

Getting uncomfortable is growing.

Your "coming out" post can be a photo or just text. It can be on Facebook or Instagram. It should tell a little of your story and your WHY and include any results (mentally or physically if any) you have at this date. This doesn't have to be a big transformation! It can be subtle or mental or just about how you're feeling good! It can even be about how you FEEL about the changes you're ABOUT to make. Don’t limit yourself and don't under estimate the amount of people you will inspire. It should also be clear in your post or video that people can join you. If you choose to do a video consider going live to practice and keep it to under 5 mins!

Spend today/tonight constructing this coming out post or video and share it to your social media ( and to our Facebook Team TCB page) If you've already done this, I want you to post another one! Repetitive in this business, is good!

Other examples of coming out!

This was my first before and after on my already existing Instagram. The text included how I was FEELING and all about the online community I had joined. I made sure to explain a little of what we were doing in the challenge group, but did not name product names! Don't send potential customers off to find it on their own! Believe me, they will!!!

Baby coach Amber! My first Youtube video! Made it in my car on my cellphone ( if you do this, PLEASE turn it horizontally because it uploads so much nicer without the black side bars!) I then uploaded it to youtube and then shared it on Facebook! I'm super shy and new in this video and that's ok! I didn't actually get many comments on this video when I posted it ( in my mind I totally thought I would!) but it still got me practicing and started my consistency or sharing from there out!
